The ADDIE Process

Our overall development approach for learning solutions (e.g., ILT, vILT, eLearning) follows the proven Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The ADDIE process is a theory-driven, iterative, and flexible approach for training program creation that we use to work through course production, from analysis through evaluation. Using the ADDIE model, TCC will consult and collaborate with our clients to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate.

The Analysis phase can be considered as the "Goal-Setting Stage." In this phase, our team of expert designers focuses on the target audience. We analyze a number of audience demographics to ensure that we develop the solution at an approprate level, using the right methodologies and delivery strategies.
